New Accounts and Credit Terms

New accounts are required to pay proforma (money up front).  If you wish to use our 30 day credit facility then a credit application is required to be completed and approved by Liv Imports. If approved, we are happy to extend you 30 days credit from date of invoice. Any accounts falling over this may have their credit facility removed, and no further orders will be processed. To view our wholesale prices you must first register on the website. Once you have been approved, you can log on with your secure username and password. This website is for wholesale use only. All our prices are excluding GST.

Credit Card Charge

We do not charge a transaction fee on credit card payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipping order. And for security reasons we do not keep your card details on file .

Damaged Goods

Even though we package our items very carefully sometimes an item arrives damaged. In this case the damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery of stock and we will instruct you on how to handle this item. We may either replace or credit the item. If an item is obviously damaged on arrival, please notify us of the damage including the invoice number, product code and a description of the damaged product as soon as possible. We do not issue credits on stock broken in your store.

Payment Method

Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit or cheque.

The minimum order value is $500.00 excluding freight. If the items you require do not meet the minimum, we can still process the order by email, fax or mail. Please note that in this case freight may be a high percentage of the order.

Shipping Costs, Transit Time and Order Tracking

Shipping costs are based on cubic measurements and within a reasonable percentage of the order value.It  also depends on where the goods are being delivered too. Delivery times vary according to your location. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane suburban and capital cities are 1-2 business days. Other areas can vary from 3-10 business days. We can supply you with the connote once the order has been dispatched.
